Guild & Union Agreements
Our goal is make this site a one-stop shop for all of your guild and union production needs. In order to meet that goal, we will be adding new resource information regularly. Listed below are links to some, but not all, of the guild collective bargaining agreements applicable for the production of theatrical motion pictures. Note that some of these files are quite large so they will take some time to load. This choice, not to break up the large files, allows a word search of an entire agreement for a provision. Please note that each of the unions have a comprehensive application and signatory process. A production company must qualify in order to utilize these agreements.

Low Budget Agreements Range Chart - This chart lists the guild and union feature film agreements applicable to any budget. Note that the guilds and unions each have an application process in order to become signatory to any of their contracts, including the low budget agreements.
